1.1 Definitions and Introduction

"z677x", "Platform", "we" or "us" refers to the z677x online gaming platform and all of its services. "User", "Player" or "you" refers to any person registered on or using the services of z677x.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may create one account only. Multiple accounts held by the same person ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and all balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

At the time of registration you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

Providing false or incomplete information may result in withdrawal cancellation and account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum amount for depositing funds into your z677x account is ৳300. Deposits can be made using the following methods:

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum amount for withdrawing funds from your account is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. To process a withdrawal:

• The withdrawal method must be to a registered mobile or bank account

4.3 Verification Process

For large withdrawal amounts, z677x reserves the right to verify identity in accordance with its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport or other documents. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus. To withdraw bonus funds, the total amount of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 25 times (wagering requirement: 25x).

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

The following conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• A bonus offer may only be used once unless stated otherwise
• When wagering with bonus funds, separate wagering conditions may apply for each game
• If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be forfeited

5.3 VIP Programme

z677x offers four VIP tiers for regular players — weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier progression is based on regular gaming activity. The specific benefits and cashback conditions for each tier are subject to change.

6.1 Fair Play

z677x is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. Our games use independently tested Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that keeps every outcome completely random and unbiased.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical problem or error in any game causes an incorrect result to be displayed, z677x reserves the right to void those bets or restore the correct result. Any winnings arising from a software error will not be considered valid.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

z677x reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:

• If an event or match is cancelled or postponed

7.1 Unauthorised Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z677x platform:

• Creating or using multiple accounts
• Abusing the bonus system or bonus arbitrage
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts or software
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Stealing another user's account information or fraud
• Attempting to hack or intrude on the platform's security systems
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party ("proxy betting")

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our customer support. It is your responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

• Providing false information or identity fraud
